Position :- Civil Engineer - Planning & Billing
Experience :- 3-7 Years
Location :- Maharashtra (Willing to travel to various sites)
Job Location :- Pune
Joining :- Immediate
Salary Range :- No Bar for the Right Candidate
Qualifications :- BE Civil / B.Tech Civil / Relevant Experience
Skills :- Estimation, Billing, Tendering, Contracts, BBS, BOQ, MS Office
Required Candidate Profile .
- Experience: 3 to 7 Years in the Billing Department for Building Projects
- Preference for immediate joiners
- Must have experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects
- Good English communication skills
Key Responsibilities .
- Reviewing and verifying invoices submitted by vendors and contractors for completeness and accuracy according to contracts and project specifications.
- Preparing and issuing invoices to clients based on project milestones, deliverables, and agreed-upon rates.
- Tracking project expenses and ensuring they stay within budget limitations.
- Managing discrepancies and resolving billing issues with vendors and clients.
- Analyzing project data and costs to identify potential budget overruns.
- Working with project managers and other teams to implement cost-saving measures when necessary.
- Preparing cost estimates and justifications for billing purposes.
- Maintaining detailed records of all billing-related activities and documentation.
