:: Responsibilities .
- Review and analyze contracts, identifying potential risks and contract requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all contractual agreements and amendments.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deliverables.
- Collect and handle "contemporary records" and documents from relevant teams.
- Assess and prepare responses to claims from suppliers/subcontractors.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters.
:: Requirements .
- Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills (experience in drafting contractual letters and responses).
- Basic knowledge of project-based insurance and bank guarantees.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in contracting companies as a contract administrator/engineer/QS.
