Aparna Constructions is actively seeking an experienced professional for the position of Sr. Manager / AGM - QS (MEP Contracts). This role is crucial for handling high-rise residential and commercial projects. The job location is at the corporate office in Hyderabad.
Job Description :-
1. Expertise in MEP-Quantity Survey (QS)
- End-to-end expertise in budget workings, costing as per CPWD, rate analysis, contracts (pre and post), and procurement.
- Hands-on experience in preparing BOQs, BOM, rate analysis, budgets, and detailed cost plans of MEP packages.
2. Project Experience
- Extensive experience with high-rise residential, retail, commercial fit-out, greenfield, and LEED-certified projects.
- Execution knowledge is an additional advantage.
3. Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of NBC 2016, CPWD, and construction by-laws.
- Proficiency in heat load calculations and ventilation requirements.
- Basic design knowledge in electrical load calculations and equipment sizing (transformer, UPS, DG, etc.).
4. MEP Systems Knowledge
- High-side and low-side HVAC systems.
- MEP distribution works (high side/low side).
- Low voltage systems: IBMS, CCTV, PA access control, etc.
- Solar power systems.
5. Water and Drainage Systems
- Water supply and sanitary works.
- Surface drainage/stormwater disposal.
- Rainwater harvesting and recharge.
- Water treatment/RO plants.
- Sewage treatment plants.
- Landscape irrigation.
- Swimming pool and water feature recirculation systems.
6. Additional Systems
- Fire detection, alarm, fighting, and suppression works.
- HSD yard, organic waste converter, gas bank.
- Vertical transportation and mechanical car parking.
Qualifications :-
- Relevant experience of 14+ years in handling high-rise residential/commercial projects.
