SJ Contracts is looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team in Pune as an Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in Competency and Performance Management System (PMS).

✓ Position :- Assistant Manager/Manager - HR (Competency and PMS Management)
✓ Location :- Pune
✓ Qualifications :- Graduate/PG in Business Administration
✓ Experience :- 4-8 years
✓ Key Responsibilities.
- Competency Framework Development. Create and maintain competency frameworks and matrices for all roles within the organization.
- Competency Assessment and Mapping. Collaborate with departmental heads to conduct comprehensive competency assessments and mapping exercises.
- Recruitment, L&D, and PMS Applications :- Implement the defined competency framework across recruitment, Learning & Development (L&D), and PMS processes.
- ISO Compliance :- Participate in internal and external ISO audits and reviews, maintaining relevant ISO documentation and processes.
- Job Description Management :- Conduct annual reviews of job descriptions (JDs) and update them as necessary.
- PMS Communication :- Communicate organizational PMS Key Result Areas (KRA) goal sheets to departmental heads and line managers.
- Performance Data Collection :- Collect and collate monthly, quarterly, and annual PMS KRA ratings/scores for management review.
- Annual Appraisal Facilitation :- Oversee the annual appraisal cycle, ensuring smooth and effective execution.
- HRMS Implementation :- Support the implementation of HR Management Systems (HRMS) related to the relevant functions.
- Reporting and Analysis :- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations related to PMS and competency management.
