Location:- Pune Baner

Personal Round of Interview:-

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview at the Head Office in Pune.

Assistant Manager - Accounts & Taxation Job Description:-

- Oversee end-to-end accounting processes

- Ensure timely book closure, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and submission of MIS Reports

- Proficient in GL Closing activities including Vendor and Customer Reconciliation, CAPEX Accounting, Prepaid Expenses accounting, etc.

- Prepare Weekly Cash Position and Cash Flow Statement and possess working capital management knowledge

- Actively participate in automation of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and speed of closing and reporting

- Exposure to Revenue, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) Accounting

- Experience in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing, and Group Audit

- Manage books of accounts for Rahi India, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and practices

- Prepare and publish monthly financial statements

- Ensure reconciliation of Management accounts and Financial Accounts monthly

- Track budgets regularly and report variances

Skills and Experience:-

- Minimum 7+ years of work experience

- Strong business acumen and solid understanding of finance

- Hands-on experience in MS-Office

- Experience with Strategic ERP or Micros preferred

Education:-

- B.Com, M.Com, CA, or ICWA (CMA) in any specialization
