Roles & Responsibilities.
1. Design and prepare reports for flexible pavements, rigid pavements, and overlays for roads and highways independently.
2. Review and approve Pavement Design Report, Traffic Report, NSV Report, FWD Report.
3. Conduct pavement investigation and pavement condition surveys.
4. Conduct traffic surveys and analyze traffic survey data to prepare traffic reports.
5. Familiarity with NSV, FWD, ATCC, RR & MBIU surveys.
6. Knowledge of AE/IE projects, DPR projects, M projects, Construction supervision projects, Supervision Consultant projects, PMC projects, etc.
7. Stay updated with the latest market or industry changes.
8. Analyze traffic survey data and prepare traffic reports.
9. Knowledge of IRC code & MORTH related to highway, pavement & traffic.
10. Coordinate with head office team members, vendors/surveyors, and site team to conduct various surveys.
11. Analyze and prepare reports for FWD, NSV, ATCC, and RR.
12. Working knowledge of Data Lake portal.
13. Manage over 15 Operation & Maintenance projects independently.
14. Familiarity with toll revision and toll plaza data.
15. Handle maintenance work of Equipment's of Survey.
16. Prepare Compliance reports.
17. Conduct meetings with Clients, concessionaires, vendors, site staff, etc.
18. Ready for site visits as per requirement.
19. Able to work under pressure.
20. Report to Team Leaders, GM & Directors.
Essential Qualification.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from AICTE recognized university.
Desired Experience.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Pavement Design, Traffic Engineering, Equipment-based surveys like NSV, FWD, ATCC, RR & MBIU, DPR projects, M projects, Construction supervision projects, Supervision Consultant projects, PMC projects, etc.
