A) General Qualification
1. Graduate in Civil Engineering (AICTE Approved only)
2. Post-Graduation in Traffic/Transportation/Safety Engineering
3. Certificate Course 15 Days in Road Safety Audit from CRRI/IAHE/ITs/NIT
B) Professional Experience
1. Total Professional Experience :- 15+ years in handling Highway/Bridge projects
2. Experience in Road Safety Works on Major Highway Projects :- 9+ years in a similar capacity (similar configuration (2/4/6 laning) and above)
3. Experience in Road Safety Audits :- 2+ projects at different stages, including at least one at the design stage, for 2/4/6-laning highway projects
4. Experience in Identification and Improvement of Black Spots :- 2+ projects on major highway projects (similar configuration (2/4/6 laning) and above)
5. Experience in Preparing Road Safety Management Plans for Inter Urban Highways :- 2 projects
6. Experience in the Field of Road Safety Management Plan :- 2 projects
