✓ Qualifications :- B.E., M.E. Civil
✓ Work Experience :- 2 to 6 Years
✓ Job Description.
- Conduct a detailed study of the contract documents.
- Prepare pre-tender reports.
- Ensure efficient contract compliance and administration.
- Manage claims, including identification of potential claim events, preparation of grounds, timely notices, contemporary submissions, and strategic development of cases. This includes Extension of Time (EOT) and Change of Scope claims, and follow up until realization.
- Prepare delay analysis and impacted schedules.
- Maintain various EOT and Cost Claim management information formats.
- Review and analyze various risk factors and mitigation actions.
- Coordinate and guide the site team for adherence to contractual obligations and identification of new claims.
- Settle disputes with clients, sub-contractors, and consultants.
- Formulate and implement communication/project procedures.
- Maintain all contract documents from award to close-out.
