Job Title:- Deputy Planning and Billing Engineer
Location:- Delhi
Experience:- 4-6 years
Salary:- 30,000 - 40,000 INR per month
Responsibilities:-
A.Project Planning:-
1. Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with project managers and senior engineers.
2. Conduct detailed analysis of project requirements, scope, and constraints to develop effective planning strategies.
3. Monitor project progress, identify critical path activities, and recommend adjustments to ensure timely completion.
B.Billing and Cost Control:-
1. Prepare comprehensive bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates based on project specifications and contractual agreements.
2. Monitor project costs, track variations, and implement cost control measures to optimize project profitability.
3. Generate accurate invoices, progress claims, and final accounts for client billing in compliance with contractual terms.
C.Documentation & Drawing Management:-
1. Maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, schedules, contracts, and correspondence.
2. Review architectural, structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and other relevant drawings.
3. Ensure that drawings are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with project specifications and standards.
4. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve discrepancies or issues identified in the drawings.
5. Organize and categorize project documents, including drawings, contracts, permits, Requests for Information (RFIs), and change orders.
D-Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 4-6 years of experience in project planning and billing in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
