Job Description:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, submitting monthly reports to clients.

- Prepare change of scope proposals and cost estimations as per project requirements.

- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly requirements and project plans.

- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimations for the project.

- Coordinate with site office team, consultant designers, and clients to ensure effective communication regarding project updates and progress.

- Develop and submit Change of Scope proposals, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

- Calculate damage claims and interest payable on stage payment statements, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication with clients.

- Ensure proper documentation and communication with clients throughout the change management process.

- Prepare comprehensive work plans and schedules for extension of time projects, considering project requirements, available resources, and relevant regulations and standards.

- Analyze and evaluate project schedules to identify areas where Extension of Time requests may be necessary, allowing for proactive communication and minimizing potential delays.

- Verify monthly billing based on quantities utilized and work done, and process sub-agency bills, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.

- Plan and prepare miscellaneous items for road furniture works, ensuring compliance with project specifications.

- Finalize signage board details and gantry, verifying them at the site or with the assistant engineer, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements.
