Position 1:
Estimation Manager (Infrastructure & Landscaping)
Requirements:
Lead the estimation process for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and other civil engineering works. Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals to incorporate into overall project estimates. Support procurement activities by providing input on budgetary considerations and cost-saving opportunities.
Position 2:
Planning Engineer (Infrastructure & Landscaping)
Requirements:
Utilize Primavera P6 for Infrastructure project scheduling. Optimize resource allocation for manpower, materials, and equipment. Identify and address delays or issues, proposing risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to align with project timelines. Assist project managers in devising contingency plans and alternative schedules.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 12-15 years of experience in infrastructure Projects.
