✓ Position :- Civil Engineer - Execution (Highways / Structures)
✓ Industry :- Road / Highway Projects
✓ Location :- Maharashtra
A personal round of interviews will be conducted at the Maharashtra project site for shortlisted candidates.
✓ Job Summary.
Responsible for carrying out project execution functions as directed by the HOD.
✓ Key Responsibilities.
- Execute project tasks on-site and maintain a daily site activity diary.
- Ensure the availability of approved drawings, specifications, processes, and inspection plans.
- Execute work as per GFC Drawings and Specifications.
- Ensure necessary work instructions are available from the respective In-Charge.
- Coordinate the availability and use of machinery, labor, and materials for site execution.
- Guide and effectively utilize supervisory and labor teams.
- Ensure daily RFI approvals from Authority Engineer / Independent Engineer.
- Study drawings and notify the HOD of any required changes.
- Implement construction methodology and follow the construction sequence.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, PRW contractors, and carpenters.
- Plan work for the next day and create work fronts.
- Authorize logs and Daily Labour Reports (DLR) to ensure machinery and labor are in place.
- Acknowledge trip sheets, receipts, and documents for received items.
- Prepare indents in advance to meet execution requirements.
- Address complaints and take preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
- Implement and comply with Quality Control standards.
- Ensure safety arrangements at work locations during start and close of activities.
- Define and document project activities for site execution control and maintain necessary records.
- Record quantities in Mbook/diary and submit them to the reporting officer.
✓ Qualifications.
- B.Tech / B.E. (Civil) with a minimum of 4+ years' experience in highway projects.
- Good knowledge of computers and the latest software.
✓ Experience :- 4+ years in highway projects.
