✓ Location :- Maharashtra
A personal round of interviews will be conducted at the Maharashtra project site for shortlisted candidates.

- Manager - QS, Contracts & Billing.
✓ Job Description.
- Day-to-day reporting to the Head Office and achieving targets
- Coordination with LIE, bankers for loan approval, and site visits for drawdown schedules
- Rate analysis as per actual workable rates, CoS rate analysis, MORTH standard data book, RA, etc.
- Coordination with the site for timely and qualitative completion of project milestones
- Preparation of CoS proposals based on the contractual scope of work, and review of D&D as per CoS
- Preparation of PPTs, short notes, progress reviews, etc.
- Preparation of tender costs as per site conditions
- Approval of RoB GAD, forest clearance, environmental clearance, administrative approval, local permissions
- Scrutiny of subcontractor bills, resolution of local issues, and managing local people
- Coordination of all sites project monitoring and resolving issues
- Preparation of cost estimates, budgeting, costing, planning, monitoring, and cash flow
- Review of drawing designs as per contract
- Day-to-day correspondence with clients, independent engineers, consultants, etc.
- Preparation of EOT proposals based on contract agreement obligations and follow-up with clients
- Coordination with clients, independent engineers, higher management, and handling local issues
- Monitoring machinery utilization, HSD consumption reports, and outputs
- Managing project execution and all employees at all levels
- Attending meetings at higher office levels including with collectors, commissioners, secretaries, VIPs, RO members, chairmen, ministers, etc.
- Contractual correspondence with clients and contractors
- Drafting replies to contractor letters regarding termination, performance improvement, quality of work, adherence to timelines, etc.
✓ Experience.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in highway projects with good knowledge of computers and the latest software
- B.Tech./B.E. (Civil) required for the position, Commerce graduates for other positions
