✓ Job Responsibilities.
1. Construction Oversight.
- Lead and supervise all aspects of Powerhouse construction.
- Manage drilling and blasting operations, sequential excavation process, rock supports, and cable anchor operations.
- Oversee reinforcement fixing, concrete works, and associated activities.
2. Team Leadership.
- Manage a diverse team of engineers, technical experts, supervisors, and laborers.
3. Technical Expertise.
- Apply specialized knowledge in tunnel construction techniques, rock mechanics, ground support, and geotechnical engineering.
- Ensure the successful execution of Powerhouse complex operations.
4. Stakeholder Engagement.
- Foster effective communication with project stakeholders including engineering consultants, contractors, regulatory bodies, and project management teams.
5. Safety and Compliance.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
6. Resource Management.
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources.
- Address technical challenges, unforeseen circumstances, and operational issues promptly and effectively.
