About the job 

Job Specification: 
Position title :  planning & monitoring.

Location 

Pan uttar pradesh 

Qualifications 

Graduate /  master in Civil engineering 

Experience 

5 years of experience Good knowledge and skills .

Preferred industries 

Water / WTP / STP / industrial / pipeline .

Project planning 

• Prepare the project plan ( Tank scheduling & Sequencing in Primavera  Or MS - Project 

• Preparing work schedules by incorporating dependencies with  equipment suppliers , erection agency , resting and commissioning team

• Monitor productivity and resource management for projects 

• Preparation of details schedule from bill of quantities and monitoring 

• Coordinate with the engineering and procurement department regarding the interfacing of construction activities and material & Equipment availablity .

• Project Execution Plan  ,  Zero cost , job cost report , project schedule.

Resource management 

1. Ensure material & Equipment availablity as per the project plan 
2. Optimize levels of inventory of all items , especially  A & B class items .
3. Eliminate instance of work stoppage ( or delay ) due to lack of resources  / material Availablity .
4. Devlop alternate vendor for critical items in coordination with purchase
5. Identify , develop & empanel vendor for projects level / local purchases. 

Monitoring & Controls 

• Review & Monitor project progress on a regular basis and define corrective action for schedule & Cost adherence

• Prepare & circulate daily progress report  , weekly , monthly MIS to all stakeholders

• Measure productivity achieved and evaluate against the standards ( or Targets ) defined

• Proactively identify  , evaluate and create mitigation plan for projects risks in consultation with all stakeholders 

• Ensure timely & Comprehensive communication to all stakeholders in project progress & other techno  - commercial issue .

• Ensure collaboration and proper communication across various external  entities in the project ( client , consultant , management, design  team , production team , project team , document controller and other )
