Hiring for
Quantity Surveyor
- Calculation of cost estimates for construction projects , considering material, labour, and overhead costs.
- Preparing and analysing tender document , contractor, budgets, bills,of quantities,and other project - related documents.
- Coordinating with project manager, engineers,and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate cost assessment.
- Collection of construction / subcontractor quotation and study of contract agreements.
- Conducting regular site investigation.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of project costs, variation, and, payment.
- Participating in Value engineering initiatives to Optimize project costs without compromising quality.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulations,and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, regulations,and industry standards.

Qualifications
- Either Bachelor degree in civil Engineering Or Quantity Surveying Or Construction Management Or any related Field.
Experience
- Proven Experience of 2 - 4 years as a Quantity Surveyor in the Construction sector.
